Willem Auping served as volunteer at Tisunge! in 2009 as part of his internship for his Master in Systems Engineering, Policy and Management at Delft University. Under his management the building for the maize mill was constructed and the foundations for the manager’s house were laid.

The people around Tisunge! still remember him well, and not only for the party he threw at his departure! Willem has also kept in touch and we trust his Tisunge! experience will greatly assist him in his role as treasurer in the Netherlands.

Willem has since graduated and is looking for a PhD position at Delft University.
