Deduction of Donations from Corporate Income Tax Mlambe Foundation is by the Dutch tax authorities recognized as a charitable organization. The Foundation holds the ANBI status and is thus exempt from donations tax. A donation made by your company is moreover (partially) deductable from the company's income tax. A donation of € 227 or more (2010 figure) is eligible for deduction. The maximum annual amount that is eligible for deduction is equal to 10% of the company's profits. |
